"The chromatically contrasting shades of green, blue and black, over the ivory background are filling the multitude of small decorations, beautifully combined all over this Persian rug's design. The Persian rug's field features a natural brown shade used for designing the floral decorations margins. Throughout the Persian rug's surface the Mahi design is obvious and the Herati motifs can be spotted at a closer look. Different shades of green appear inside the floral motifs, adding accents to the Mahi design. Another accent color is blue which can be found in the border's decorations. This feature is extremely valuable in creating uniqueness and adding flavor to the Persian rug's design."
