"This Persian rug features a huge load of floral motifs, with a wide variety of colors and shades that inspire peace and serenity. The design is pictorial displaying animals, flowers and birds living together in a natural harmony. The blue background is very well harmonized with the red from the main border. The picture shows a vase full of intensely colored flowers above which we find a logo. On both sides of the vase animals and birds, flowers and trees of different colors are designed. All corners are decorated with vases full of flowers. A beautiful effect is achieved through the flowers bright colors."
Isfahan Rugs
Isfahan has long been one of the most important manufacturing centers for Persian rugs. The rugs here are usually designed using an ivory background and the ornaments are symmetrical and balanced. We find in the central part of the rug a medallion that is surrounded by floral motifs and palmetto leaves. The quality of these rugs is very high and the colors used for the interior motifs are blue, brown, ivory, green and more, all of them featuring an obvious naturalness.
