"This Persian rug's large borders are meant to draw attention. They are abundantly decorated with colorful floral decorations. The field background is pink and the layout is allover. We can observe the use of Mina-Khanni motifs throughout the design, which are represented through flowers connected by thin diamond lines. Lotus flowers are painted in gray, brown and ivory and outlined with brown or dark red. The ivory border is decorated with floral Shah-Abbasi motifs that are uniquely colored and full of joy."
Tabriz Rugs
The rugs manufactured in the city of Tabriz also are of great finesse. Their predominant colors are red, blue and ivory.
