"We are offered the image of a Tabriz Mahi style Persian rug with a predominant black background. In spite of the black background which inspires sobriety, the decorations colors inspire beauty through variety and expressiveness. In the field's center, brown and white are mostly used and the Herati motif combines colors such as dark brown, different shades of blue and green. The borders are extremely rich in decorations consisting of naturally colored floral motifs. The ornament's high detail's level is provided through a high knots density of 230 KPSI which also proves the Persian rug's quality and the weaver's skills. This Tabriz style Persian rug was made with natural materials like wool and silk."
