"This Persian rug has a huge variety of colors from dark red, blue, gray to shades of ivory, bright blue and beige. The Persian rug's background color is ivory, but not much of it remains visible. More space is taken by the dark red which is used in the middle of the Persian rug's field and on its borders. The medallion is designed to match both the Persian rug's border and the field inner corners. Each of the Persian rug's corners is decorated with a vase with flowers painted in colors like navy, shades of brown and dark red. We can also observe the smoothness of the flowers contours, featuring strong colors in order to contrast with the Persian rug light background."
