"This Persian rug has a small size but offers a pleasant image and a wide variety of colors. A very natural symmetry is applied and the decorations shapes feature geometrical influences. The red background is combined with the ivory medallion and field's inner corners. As we can see the medallion is surrounded by another concentric one which has the black main border color. The Persian rug has a very good quality featuring a knots density of 375 KPSI, weaved with wool and silk on a cotton foundation."
Tabriz Rugs
The rugs manufactured in the city of Tabriz also are of great finesse. Their predominant colors are red, blue and ivory.
