"We are presented a Persian rug of an intense color scheme and a high details level. It is a Mahi-Tabriz Persian rug, weaved with the finest silk and wool materials. As for all Mahi design Persian rugs this one is also decorated using the Herati motif. This Persian rug has a red background, a strong color that transmits luck, joy and faith. The fish eye from the Persian rug's center is colored in white. The main border has the same color as the field matching the red background in a natural way."
Tabriz Rugs
The rugs manufactured in the city of Tabriz also are of great finesse. Their predominant colors are red, blue and ivory.
