"This pictorial is worked on a navy background and features an outstanding quality with colors an natural possible. The image is brighten by the colors used on the interior for the flowers and leafs contour. In the center we have a logo and in the middle of it are shaped ivory flowers and leaves in shades of green and blue. Around it we see clear and bright colored birds, which rest on the plant stems. The emblem is surrounded by a strain on which are applied blue flowers in shades of brown, red and gray. The edge of the Persian rug is ivory."
Isfahan Rugs
Isfahan has long been one of the most important manufacturing centers for Persian rugs. The rugs here are usually designed using an ivory background and the ornaments are symmetrical and balanced. We find in the central part of the rug a medallion that is surrounded by floral motifs and palmetto leaves. The quality of these rugs is very high and the colors used for the interior motifs are blue, brown, ivory, green and more, all of them featuring an obvious naturalness.
