"The pictorial image shows a vase that is colored in black and ivory, contrasting colors but very natural. The flowers in the vase are colored using a bright blue . Among those flowers we see birds that are brightly colored this completing the naturaless of the picture. Besides the vase, rich thick stems are painted decorated with flowers that are outlined using fine lines. The middle edge is black and on top bright colored birds is applied.The inner and outer edges contain a lot of green, a color full of life and hope."
Isfahan Rugs
Isfahan has long been one of the most important manufacturing centers for Persian rugs. The rugs here are usually designed using an ivory background and the ornaments are symmetrical and balanced. We find in the central part of the rug a medallion that is surrounded by floral motifs and palmetto leaves. The quality of these rugs is very high and the colors used for the interior motifs are blue, brown, ivory, green and more, all of them featuring an obvious naturalness.
